      內政部移民署自民國110年1月2日起全面進行外來人口新式統一證號換發作業，若您的統一證號已變更，您可以攜帶居留證正本及本行金融卡至本行任一分行臨櫃辦理變更手續；或下載「外來人口變更新式統一證號專用申請書」填妥資料並檢附最新居留證證件影本，郵寄至「104499台北市中山區八德路二段203號5樓」。

      若您與本行有信用卡、授信業務往來，本行將於接獲財團法人聯合徵信中心通知時，分別採取以下處理方式:

• 如為存(放)款帳戶，本行將於接獲通知後30日內，主動將您的統一證號更新為新式外來人口統一證號，以確保傳送聯徵中心資料正確性。
• 如為信用卡戶，本行將寄發通知信函，謹請您依通知信函內容辦理，以確保傳送聯徵中心資料正確性，並請提供新式居留證正反面影本，傳真至(02)2320-3957或電郵至card@sinopac.com。

      特別提醒您，更新為新式統一證號後，將影響個人自動化交易，請務必同步變更留存於相關單位(如.公用事業費機關、稅捐機關……等)的統一證號，以便順利完成約定之入/扣款作業。

Please contact us for amendment your New UI No. due to the UI number replacement

To Our Dearest Customers,

Due to National Immigration Agency of the Ministry of the Interior, R.O.C (Taiwan) starts issuing new Foreign Nationals ID Number (New UI Number) from January 2, 2021, if your UI No. has been changed to New UI Number, please bring your residence permit and debit card to any one of our branches to process the amendment procedure at our operation counter.  Or you may download the "Application Form for the Change and Renewal UI NO. of Foreign Nationals". Please fill in the information required and attach copy of the latest residence permit and mail to 5F., No. 203, Sec. 2, Bade Rd., Zhongshan Dist., Taipei City 104499 , Taiwan (R.O.C.) 

If you have credit card or loan business with us, we will take the following processing methods upon receiving notice from the Joint Credit Information Center of the Consortium Legal Person (the JCIC):

(1)For deposit account / loan disbursement account, Bank SinoPac will actively update your original UI Number to the New UI Number of Foreign Nationals within 30 days after receiving the notice from the JCIC to ensure the correctness of the information sent to the JCIC.

(2)For Credit Card holders, Bank SinoPac will send a notification letter upon receipt the notice from the JCIC. Please follow the content of the notification letter to ensure the correctness of the information sent to the JCIC. Please also provide a copy of your new residence permit (both the front and back side) and fax it to (02) ) 2320-3957 or E-MAIL: card@sinopac.com.

Kindly be advised that after your New UI Number has been amended, please ensure the UI No. for auto-payment or deduction arrangement with other units (such as public utility fee agencies, tax agencies,securities companies, etc.) is correspondent with the New UI No. that registered in our bank so that payment/deduction arrangement will not be affected.
