Educational Requirements:
MA applicants must hold a master’s degree or above from a domestic or international institution. PA applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from a domestic or international institution.
Language Proficiency:
Applicants must submit proof of English proficiency obtained in 2024 or later, meeting one of the following criteria: TOEIC score of 800 or above, GEPT High-Intermediate level, IELTS score of 6 or above, TOEFL ITP score of 550 or above, or TOEFL iBT score of 87 or above (any one certificate is acceptable).
Work Experience:
Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of post-graduation work experience.

The Management Associate (MA) track at Bank SinoPac focuses on cultivating future leaders and management talent in the financial industry, while the Professional Associate (PA) track is designed to develop domain-specific financial professionals. Both MA and PA are key talent tracks highly valued by Bank SinoPac. MA positions are open to candidates holding a master’s degree or above (domestic or international), while PA positions are for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree (domestic or international). The roles and requirements differ, so we recommend reviewing the details carefully before choosing which track to apply for!
If you are certain you cannot participate, please contact the Bank SinoPac Strategic Talent Program coordinator to explain your situation. Arrangements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The Bank SinoPac Strategic Talent Program generally begins in July each year. If you are unable to report as scheduled, please contact the program coordinator. Reporting arrangements will be reviewed and handled based on individual circumstances.
For those applying to the 2026 Strategic Talent Program, your language proficiency test scores must be obtained in 2024 or later to meet the eligibility requirements. If you are unable to provide the required certificate at the time of application, you may temporarily submit proof of registration and payment for a 2026 test session. The official certificate must be submitted upon receiving the offer and signing the employment contract; otherwise, the offer will be revoked and employment will not proceed.
