Bank SinoPac does not authorize A and P Holdings Limited to set up its office at Bank SinoPac’s address
TOPAccording to the Investment Alert that issued by the Securities and Futures Bureau of the Financial Supervisory Commission at 2016/7/1, A and P Holdings Limited claims to be a portfolio management firm with offices at 9F., No. 36, Sec. 3, Nanjing E. Rd., Taipei, Taiwan, of which is Bank SinoPac’s (hereinafter “we”) address. It is hereby declared that we do not, either expressly or by implication, authorize A and P Holdings Limited using our address as its office, and A and P Holdings Limited’s claim of having office at the said address is inconsistent with the fact.
